My bachelorette party was last weekend and fun was had. Some spoils are shown above including a book of naughty origami* and a blown inside out cocktail umbrella from sipping Stormy Weather cocktails at our first stop, Restaurant Zoe. Good wine and bolognese was had at The Pink Door, followed by their Saturday cabaret show which, well, let’s just say I cannot listen to the Eurythmics or see Miss Piggy quite the same ever again. We capped off the night at the Nite Lite where there was, as Maggi put it, a suspiciously attractive wedding party. The bride looked quite wonderful dancing with a tattooed guy (bartender? groom?) in front of the jukebox.
* A previous bachelorette party book is worth mentioning. I’m a bit too shy to type the title out here but let’s just say the book has a hole all the way through it.

I’m so disappointed that I lost my pokey book! Glad you had a good time, can’t wait to do it for Quincy!
I also miss your plush, uh, rabbit was it? Yay, we get to do it all again for Quincy!
Those books would be great gifts. Too bad I’m only going to baby showers lately. There are SO many 40-year old women having babies it’s not funny!
I’m fairly certain the guy dancing with the bride at the end of the night was gay, but was still seriously feeling that bride up. Glad I was there to celebrate with you!
